I ordered through the Friendly’s app for my family last night while not home myself. DoorDash essentially screwed both myself and the store over as their driver took a few orders for delivery, excluding ours. When he arrived he tried giving my family chicken tenders instead of sundaes. Unfortunately, lesson learned here was I’m done ordering through any restaurant’s app as it was harder to get in touch with the 3rd party’s customer service. Now for the cool part. We live fairly close to this location and conveniently on the way home for the guy who runs the place. He went above and beyond by dropping this off for us, even though I thoroughly explained that I knew it wasn’t his fault and didn’t expect them to make it right. It was great to receive such superior service from an iconic brand that I grew up on.

everything was spot on! Now I wish they didn’t close so many locations. Glad I at least have one pretty close. Hopefully they can make a comeback and open back up a couple more. They had a good amount of people eating there at 7:30 at night.

I love Friendly's, and have since I was a kid. I came here for a birthday meal, and was very much not disappointed by the beef tips meal. The sauce over the meat was really nice, the potatoes were fluffy, and the meat and broccoli were tender and flavorful. Not pictured here, I also had some mini mozzarella sticks and took home an ice cream sundae as well. Can't be too healthy on your birthday, right?

We primarily do breakfast here. The server is wonderful and remembers what we like to drink in the morning. The Lumberjack with pancakes is my favorite. It's a great value! My wife and I love the background music they play here. It's from our school years, and always makes us share stories from our pasts while we eat.

Food was pretty good, prices were kinda high, but that's to be expected now. Our server was friendly and got everything we asked for.

Honestly the best Friendly's we've been to in over a decade. Reminiscent of the Friendly's of our childhood when it was in its prime. If all of them were this good they wouldn't be almost out of business! Amazing food, friendly staff. Always a great experience leaving us craving more! Also the drive through is a plus since we don't live close.

A great restaurant all around. Friendly's is my goto for American food and you can't beat their ice cream either. Food was served hot and quick. My waitress was super attentive and nice. Looking forward to returning here soon!

closing team is always amazing, showed up 3 minutes before closing and you guys never fail to crave my last minute needs. definitely makes my night, and made my root beer float so cute. wish I got her name but she’s always taking good care of us. love you friendlys
